RMA REQUEST

- Warranty: 12 months from invoicing date for material or productions defects, unless otherwise specified. Before returning goods buyer must require from Adel Srl the RMA number with the present module duly filled and accepting conditions stated.

- If damage or failure is detected, goods will be repaired and returned automatically within warranty terms or after repairing quote approval from customer.

- Goods must be retuned with original packing or with suitable packing (i.e. protection of all parts from mechanical damage and other damages that can be caused during transport, protection of electronic parts with antistatic materials) in free port and accompanied by document specifying returning reason and RMA number.

- Goods retuned will be considered defective or malfunctioning unquestionably by Adels srl and according to compliance with product design specifications, standard of production and conservation status of the machine.

- When no defect is detected, the cost of 80,00€ will be charged for analysing, testing and managing expenses.

- Warranty applies only to material and production defects within terms of conventional warranty, certified by purchase document issued by Adel srl.

- In case repairing does not fall under warranty, Adel will provide a detailed repair quote.

- If a quote for repair actions not covered by the warranty terms is not accepted, the cost of 80,00€ will still be charged for analysing, testing and managing expenses.

- Once received goods repaired or replaced, customer will confirm within 10 days success of the action. All claims received after 10 days will be considered as new issue.

- All transport charges are on buyer's behalf.

- Product opened or tampered by others (other than Adel srl) within warranty terms loose all rights for this kind of service, unless otherwise agreed at order.

- Consumables and items subject to wear do not fall under warranty terms.
